World Access – Snap™
BACKGROUND: World Access, a leading provider of insurance and assistance that services 150 million people worldwide, hired us to create a brand that would be the face of their new high-end concierge service.
CHALLENGE: The program needed to increase traffic through the service that works much like a hotel concierge—seeking out hard to find tickets and making arrangements or reservations. In addition to branding the program, we were also charged with communicating the ease of using this program, the variety of services the program offers, and the uniqueness of its offerings compared to other concierge services.
EXECUTION: It was imperative that World Access be able to execute services as quickly, and with as much versatility, as possible. And thus, “Snap” Concierge Service and “Consider it done.” was born. Snap™ was not only catchy sounding, but it was unique and simply summarized fast service that was offered.
IMPACT: With a new brand name, tagline, logo, Web site, and additional marketing materials, World Access utilized Snap™ to convey the accessibility of desirable benefits and make it clear that these benefits are free with no hidden fees—simply and successfully.
