Saxon Capital

BACKGROUND: PUNCH was hired to create a sales tools for Saxon Capital, Inc., an organization focused on leveraging their credit and service discipline to deliver financial products that meet their customer’s needs through superior customer service.

CHALLENGE: Saxon Capital wanted to stray from the direct to consumer approach, and target sales people with fresh, eye-catching collateral that would truly embody their mission.

EXECUTION: Our creative team gathered together to concept, write, design, and create sales collateral. The objective of the Saxon direct mail cards was to create awareness among mortgage brokers for Saxon’s suite of products. Our strategy was to produce a campaign with “legs” that could translate well to other mediums.

The “Facts” campaign involved the reader and promoted incentives in mailers. The most popular of facts was “The largest Sumo champion weighed in at 501 pounds,” which tied directly into “Saxon’s Jumbo Loans weigh up to $1.5 million dollars.” The popularity of the piece led to the development of direct mailers, stress balls, and brochures.

IMPACT: Saxon Capital received the highest return on direct mail than ever before. As a results-driven agency, we were not disappointed. More importantly, nor was Saxon Capital.
