SchoolTool Kits Donated by PUNCH

PUNCH, a full-service creative firm located in Richmond, recently donated SchoolTool Kits to children affected by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita through relief organization World Vision.

PUNCH gathered numerous basic supplies for over 25 kits that were then forwarded to schools directly affected by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, which swept the southeast in late August and mid September.

“Personally knowing people affected by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, it was important to me to help in some way,” stated Ken Gibson, production specialist of PUNCH.  “I knew that the employees of PUNCH would help me reach more victims of the hurricanes by donating their time and funds to the relief effort.”

World Vision, the nonprofit organization which PUNCH donated the SchoolTool Kits to, is a Christian relief and development organization dedicated to helping children and their communities worldwide reach their full potential by tackling the causes of poverty.

PUNCH specializes in print advertising and design, corporate identity and branding, multimedia design and illustration, as well as media planning. The firm’s clients include Jamestown 2007, Bella Rosa couture bridal salon, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, BIZPORT, the Nature Conservancy, and the Children’s Museum of Richmond.  For more information about PUNCH, visit http://www.theartofimpact.com.
