What Your Website Says About Your Brand

Traveling in cyberspace gives you the opportunity to walk into the virtual “home” of many different businesses. When you arrive at their front door, what is the experience you expect to have?

What experience do people have when they enter your virtual “home” online?  Can they see and feel the culture of your company?  Is the online experience similar or different from the experience when a person walks in the front door of your business?

Many people go to the website before they ever step foot into the doors of your business.  Are you giving them the first impression you want them to have?  Everything you do online is an opportunity to convey your brand. Make sure you are maximizing the opportunity.

Take a look at some well known Richmond companies. Do their Web sites reflect the brand you know?
